My name is Kevin Hergert; age 53. I have been a Seattle area resident all of my life and have resided in the Issaquah/ Sammamish area since 1992. I graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 1982.

I am certified by the American Home Inspection Training Institute (AHIT), a licensed home inspector in the State of Washington (license 619), and licensed Structural Pest Inspector (WSDA 79988 ). I am also an Affiliate Member of the Seattle/King County Realtors Association and am actively involved in consulting builders, remodeling contractors, and homeowners with their various projects.

Prior to becoming a licensed Home Inspector, I was a builder over 250 homes and developed building lots throughout the Seattle area and Eastern Washington. Homes have ranged from manufactured homes and entry level site built homes to luxury homes in several Eastside King County communities.

Other certifications include Extech i5 basics and building IR Basics certification from the Infrared Training Institute.
